Assessment of the landscape character and visual impact for a proposed residential subdivision on land to the west of the Wyong Town Centre. The assessment determines the landscape character and impacts on the visual amenity, identifies mitigation measures to minimise impacts and assists in the preparation of an appropriate design solution to protect the scenic quality of the area as identified in the Wyong Development Control Plan.
