The wellness centre and indoor swimming pool will feature a 25m indoor heated pool, state of the art gymnasium, multipurpose room for guided exercise classes, outdoor landscaped spaces and associated amenities to support the community of Parry's Cove on the NSW mid north coast.

The landscape concept proposes a strong visual connection between the internal uses and the external landscaped areas. This includes an external outdoor seating courtyard area connected directly with the pool circulation space, green ‘walls’, climbing vines on an entry pergola and generous planting beds comprised of Australian native species.
