Urban design concepts and preliminary environmental documentation to demonstrate approximate yield for State Government surplus land at Orange, in central NSW, for discussions with key stakeholders. 

 

State significant site study including the master plan for residential, mixed use and educational land uses on the site. The development concept proposes 76ha of mixed use and conventional residential lands, providing an approximate additional 835 dwellings. Liaison with state and local agencies to determine service requirements for the proposed development. The site was rezoned to residential land uses with a 2,500m2 local centre.

The project also includes the Environmental assessment for concept approval for the proposed development, liaison with the Department of Planning and Infrastructure and review and submission on Council’s draft development contributions plan for the site.
