Strategic master planning of St Michaels Family Centre Baulkham Hills, Sydney. Audit of the site to determine current uses and liaison with St Michaels to determine it’s future requirements.

The master plan for the site addresses the siting and design of new buildings, re-use and adaptation of buildings, open space, carparking and accessibility issues and staging requirements. The master plan incorporates crisis accommodation, communal facilities, administration facilities, a childcare centre and training rooms.

Concept designs developed for a 90 place childcare centre and training rooms with concepts and development application documentation prepared for the reuse of the former convent as crisis accommodation.
