South Jerrabomberra is a planned suburb of Queanbeyan, NSW, adjacent to the border with ACT, and next to Hume industrial park. The estate is currently under construction by Village Building Company and will have an estimated future residential community of about 4000 people.

Master planning of the estate incorporates employment lands (including a town centre and an industrial and business park), education precincts, residential areas (comprising a range of dwellings from apartments through to compact housing and larger residential lots), transport hubs and links to the adjoining areas and passive and active recreation spaces.

The development of the site considers the existing topography, water courses, existing and future transport links, the adjacent urban areas, the Canberra Airport, flight paths and noise, flood liability, bushfire probability and other significant local features.

The project has been undertaken from concept designs through to production of the master plan and development proposal reports.
