Preliminary environmental studies to seek a gateway determination for the rezoning of agricultural lands at Somersby for a rural residential development. Project management and preparation of the Planning Proposal to support the rezoning of the land including negotiations with Council and the Department of Planning.

Environmental investigations include flora and fauna, bushfire, visual impact, heritage, agricultural land management, and opportunity and constraints mapping to inform the planning proposal.
