Master planning of a private school site on the NSW Central Coast to determine the future spatial requirements, the built form for the expansion of the school and feasibility of any potential future land acquisitions. Site opportunities and constraints are determined including identification of existing buildings life cycles, accessibility, parking, transportation, connectivity, linkages, flooding, bush fire and the location of surrounding development.

The master plan explores several options including vertical and horizontal building typologies, linkages, the location of existing and new recreational spaces and uses and analysis of indicative development types and building costs.
