Visual impact assessment to address the realignment of the existing 132 kV high voltage overhead services along the Pacific Highway and Railway Crescent as part of the upgrade of the Pacific Highway at Lisarow. The visual impact analysis compares the relative impacts of the overhead services in the current alignment and the proposed new combined overhead services.

The analysis was carried out using a combination of the

3-dimensional modelling and use of aerial photography to assist in determining visual impacts and mitigation measures.
