Refurbishment of a 1970s beach house on the Central Coast of NSW to make spaces workable, capture cooling sea breezes and distant rural views.

The arrangement expands the spatial quality of the house by opening up onto the outdoor entertainment area through the kitchen and dining area. It focuses on creating that outdoor / indoor living central hub for a home that likes to entertain. This also allows cross ventilation through the home as well as capturing the northern sun.
