Residential master plan and a constraints and opportunities analysis for land at Aberglasslyn in the Hunter Valley for Landcom. The master plan includes a mix of small lots for attached dwellings located around parks and open space and standard detached lots. The master plan proposes 246 detached and zero lot line dwelling lots ranging in size from 300m2 to 1,200m2.

Urban design considerations include the local infrastructure, demographics, environmental, drainage, slope, access, views, potential heritage, pedestrian/cycle connectivity and the relationship with the adjoining lands.
