The study canvasses development options, including a range of land uses such as commercial space, community and residential uses. The study provides an extensive site analysis covering context (including the relationship with the adjacent transport hub), the physical site (size, orientation, topography and local environmental factors) and the applicable statutory regulations (LEP requirements and DCP controls).
