Master planning and design development of cabins and recreational areas for family accommodation at Jimmys Beach Holiday Park in response to the natural environment and climate.

Jimmys Beach is within walking distance of the Holiday Park, however views are not possible of the beach and there are no surf life saving provisions. The proposal therefore addresses how the area can accommodate recreational facilities that are complementary to the beach and placement of these facilities in relation to the accommodation.

The recreation precinct is located so that it physically and visually links with the bushland and accommodation within the park enhancing the idea of being in nature. The recreation area becomes the main focus for the park and provides for a wide range of uses including toddler's play equipment, splash park, swimming pool, kick about area, camp lounge / games room + amenities for the pool, outdoor table tennis/beach volley ball and a variety of play equipment.
