The inner city terrace is part of a run of late Victorian terraces in Rozelle. The run of terraces falls within the Rozelle Heritage Conservation Area.

Transformation of what is essentially a one bedroom house to a family home. Refurbishment of the dwelling is to improve the amenity and efficiency of the building and includes the rearrangement of spaces on the ground floor and an addition to the first floor area to locate the bedrooms and provide additional space. Minor external works are proposed on the front facade to enhance the residential amenity, however the presentation to the street is largely unchanged to the protect the heirtage significance of the streetscape.
