Master plan for a 30 million dollar integrated tourist and residential development in the Hunter Valley undertaken by the Roche Group. The project includes a broadscale feature garden designed as a tourist attraction, which accommodates a range of plant species and housed gardens from around the world. The project incorporates resort accommodation, motel, restaurants, a village centre, vineyards and a future residential area.

One on one negotiations with the Hunter Valley Vigneron’s Association and adjoining vineyards including Tyrells, Brokenwood and McGuigans to facilitate between the properties and gain acceptance from the major vignerons in Cessnock.
