Planning study to review the existing planning controls for Hermitage Road in the Hunter Valley on behalf of Singleton Council. The study examines minimum lot sizes, zoning, land uses and provides a strategic context to resolve three planning proposals at three different sites along Hermitage Road. The study develops a planning framework for the area with a view to improving:

• Environmental conditions

• Economic development 

• The health and safety wellbeing of the local area.

 

Consultation, including a presentation and workshop with the community, was carried out by PAADesign to increase the effectiveness of the study and to include and inform the community.
