Development feasibilities for a major commercial hub at the Gosford waterfront. Gosford Waterfront is a prominent location and acts as a gateway to the city and the Central Coast.

A number of scenarios addressing building typologies, yields, heights, placement of buildings, accessibility and car parking were developed to enrich the waterfront and create a notable gateway to the city. Scenarios include complying schemes in accordance with the existing planning controls and addressed opportunities that would enhance the site to create the gateway as well as non complying schemes that would require changes to legislation.
