Feasibility study and concept design for the potential development of a new regional library and smart hub in Gosford comprising public spaces, the library facilities, educational facilities, retail and commercial floorspace. The master plan and concept designs were to assist in communicating the concept design to the Councillors. The development will provide state of the art community and educational spaces as well as resulting in being a catalyst for revitalising Gosford CBD.
