'The Grove’ is a residential precinct within the Vista Park estate on the south coast of NSW. The landscape design for a small lot housing development comprising nine dwellings incorporates areas of lawn, garden and paving that provide attractive, functional and low maintenance outdoor spaces. Planting species are predominantly native and selected for its drought tolerance to ensure ecological sustainability. Trees and climbers on pergolas are positioned in key locations to provide amenity and shade to the dwellings, front yards and the street.
