A prominent site due to its sloping nature and visibility at West Gosford on the NSW Central Coast required special attention in the design development for two residential apartment buildings comprising of 32 apartments each. The adjoining land uses including commercial properties and public recreation lands, the visual amenity and privacy were key considerations in the design.

Concept design, design development, SEPP 65 presentation, development application documentation and lodgement for each of the apartment buildings of seven (7) floors (with two levels of car parking), comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments, private court yards and communal open space.
